We take our lamb legs and shoulders, use our own special seasonings and slow roast them over apple juice, until they literally fall apart. We add a delicious BBQ sauce (all homemade) to the meat and create a wonderful Pulled Lamb Shoulder. Similar to pulled pork, only with the delicate taste of lamb coming thru. All you have to do is heat it and it's ready to serve on soft potato rolls with a side dish of cole slaw. Absolutely perfect!
