Chewy sunflower butter cookies made without wheat, dairy, or egg. We use natural peanut butter from Naturally Nutty in Traverse City (natural nut butters blended with hemp and flax seed), and gluten free flours (tapioca, garbanzo, and fava bean) to create a cookie that we think is better than one made with wheat. These cookies are also chock full of vegan & gluten free dark chocolate chips. Vegan. Please note: our Gluten-free items are made on their own equipment, but they are made in a bakery that makes other wheat products, so trace amounts of wheat are always a possibility.
