snobrien Member Member since: | my favorite would have to be pepperjack. If you’re going for creamy, gooey and delicious I would say a mild cheddar, mozzarella, muenster or swiss but if you want something with a bit more of that cheesy zing I’d experiment with hard / aged cheddar or the cheaper option would be feta. Feta doesn’t like to melt, but the eggs should hold it together regardless. | |
